Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges – 30 Day Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days, provided the item:

    •    Is unused and in its original condition

    •    Is returned in its original packaging

    •    Has all tags attached (where applicable)

    •    Is accompanied by proof of purchase

Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will only be provided where:

    •    The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

    •    The wrong item was supplied

    •    We are unable to offer a suitable exchange

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photographs of the issue

We will review the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement.

4. Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    •    We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    •    Personalised or custom-made items

    •    Gift cards

    •    Items marked as final sale
